One engineering and production team follows your project from RFQ through final inspection, reducing handoffs and surprises.
Send 2D drawings, 3D models, material, quantity and finishing requirements.
We review tolerances, manufacturability, tooling and production cost.
Production runs with in-process inspection and dimensional verification.
Surface finishing, assembly, packing and shipment coordination.

Quality control
Quality is built into the process, not added at the end. Material verification, in-process checks and final dimensional inspection help keep every batch consistent.
Industries
We support OEM teams across demanding industrial categories with repeatable production and documentation.
Forged, cast and machined components for vehicle and powertrain systems.
Vacuum components, chamber parts and precision machined assemblies.
High-precision parts for aerospace equipment and specialized applications.
Precision components manufactured with controlled processes and inspection.
Robotics, motion systems, hydraulic equipment and production machinery.
Durable metal and plastic components for energy and process equipment.
Materials & finishing
Choose the material and finish that fit the part—not a generic catalog option. We help balance strength, corrosion resistance, machinability and cost.

Buyer FAQ
For a project-specific answer, contact our engineering team directly.
STEP or IGES files are preferred for 3D geometry. Please include 2D drawings in PDF, DXF or DWG when tolerances, threads, finishes or inspection requirements are critical.
Yes. HIQTECO supports prototype, low-volume and repeat production projects, with manufacturing and inspection requirements scaled to the order.
Common materials include stainless steel, aluminum, carbon and alloy steel, copper, brass, titanium and engineering plastics. Finishing options include anodizing, passivation, plating, heat treatment, sandblasting and assembly.
Production can include incoming material verification, in-process inspection, dimensional checks and CMM inspection. Inspection reports and traceability requirements can be discussed during quotation.
We support automotive, semiconductor, aerospace, medical device, industrial automation, robotics, energy and general machinery customers.
Our CNC machining services begin with a drawing and model review, not a generic price list. We check material, tolerance, surface finish and inspection requirements before recommending a production route. This early review helps remove ambiguity before material is released.
For example, a turned shaft, a milled housing and a cast valve body may each need a different process plan. In addition, finishing and inspection should be defined with the part rather than added after production. Browse CNC machined part examples to compare common work.
Inspection is planned around the functional risk of each component. Critical dimensions can be checked with suitable equipment, while first-article and batch records can be agreed before the order. Therefore, the quality plan supports both prototype validation and repeat production.
Our process follows ISO 9001 quality management principles. In addition, the CNC machining tolerances guide explains how to separate general machining tolerances from dimensions that truly control fit and assembly.
Send a STEP model, 2D drawing, target quantity and delivery schedule. Our team will review manufacturability, finishing and inspection needs, then reply with the next production step.
Need a second opinion on a drawing or supplier route? send drawings for review with the project details. We can review CNC machining services for prototypes, bridge quantities and repeat OEM programs.
